Application Procedure
Admissions Policy: Wheeling Country Day School grants admission without preference to sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin, or religion. The school actively seeks economic, social,racial, and religious diversity in creating its student body.
The following steps are required to complete the application:
1. Admissions Applications
Prior to the student visit, complete the Admissions Application, which is located in the Admissions Packet, and return it to the school. Click here to download the We Two Packet.
2. Release of Student Records
Complete the Records Release Form if your child has been attending another school.
3. Personal Interview
At some point during the admissions process, a family will have the opportunity to speak with school personnel. Otherwise, an appointment will be set for both school personnel and families to discuss enrollment requirements and any other questions.
4. Student Visit
Student visits are highly recommended. Take-a-Look Days are great opportunities, but other days can be arranged to accommodate personal schedules.
