Giving
Annual Fund
Gifts to the Annual Fund help support the many expenses associated with providing the high-quality, personalized academic experience offered at Wheeling Country Day School. Your tax-deductible, charitable contribution to Wheeling Country Day School helps address institutional priorities such as technology, capital improvements and maintenance, professional development and compensation for teachers, curriculum materials, program development, and tuition-assistance. As an independent school, Wheeling Country Day School relies heavily on the generosity of parents, alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations to fill the gap between the cost of educating and the revenue generated from tuition. Gifts to the annual fund can be made by check, cash, or the transfer of stock.
Capital Campaign
“It isn’t everyday that there comes the opportunity to help build a school.” (Virginia Heinlein, Head of School 1933–1965) That opportunity is ours today. Our founders and those that followed have worked passionately to improve and advance this school. Now it is our turn. By launching this Campaign for the Next Chapter, transforming our campus and enriching the education of our students, we are further developing the story of our school.
